Nourishing U Retreat
Your Mountain Getaway
This is four nights away from the daily routine. Mornings start slow, with yoga and free time to enjoy. Afternoons are a balance of mindful and playful activities with plenty of space for naps, hikes, or doing absolutely nothing. No expectation. No requirements. Just you.
Evenings include a community happy hour, a delicious dinner, and time to wind down around the fire. This retreat is built around one idea: you do not have to earn this pause, or any pause for that matter. The pause is waiting to welcome you, and we are here to support that journey.

Meet Your Hosts
Jill & Jenn

Jill
Wellness Practitioner & Co-Founder
Jill Izzo has had an extensive career in medicine, holistic care, and outdoor adventure. Although she has spent the last 17 years helping people in a traditional healthcare setting, her true passion has always been rooted in whole-body wellness—supporting the mind, body, and soul.
Over 20 years ago, before becoming a nurse, Jill earned her massage therapy license and Reiki Level II certification, laying the foundation for her integrative approach to healing. Around that same time, she met Jenn, who introduced her to yoga through small group sessions held in her home. Those early experiences planted a seed that would lead her years later back to The Yoga Hive in Manahawkin, NJ, where she completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training with Jenn and her husband, Kevin.

Jenn
Yoga Teacher & Co-Founder
Jenn McConnell has been teaching yoga for over 20 years in the New Jersey Shore area. Her work is rooted in helping people reconnect to nature, nourish themselves, and build meaningful community connection.
Jenn completed her 200 hour Sivananda Yoga teacher training in Freehold, New Jersey and later continued her studies through a 500 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Laurie Greene and Edward Clark. She has also completed philosophy studies and continued education courses through the Tom Brown Jr. Tracker School, deepening her connection to nature, awareness, and mindful living.
