What the trail taught us about pace
On a long hike, there's no shortcut to the top. You can't rush a mountain — you can only find a pace you can sustain, and keep moving.
It's a lesson that applies far beyond the trail. The work, the relationships, the healing — none of it happens all at once. It happens one step at a time, at a pace that's sustainable for you.
Next time you feel behind, think of the trail. You don't have to run. You just have to keep walking.
